My daughter runs 6-7 miles almost every day and her legs and knees take a real beating as she does not have a good track to run on. She has actually outrun several pairs of these shoes and always wants to replace them with the same product as she swears that these shoes are the best. I figure anyone who runs 6 miles a day would know a good shoe's construction and comfort and the Brooks Women's Trance 7 Running Shoe is her shoe of choice.
