I have the Men's version of these shoes. They are wonderful. Before these, I had Nike running shoes, but my legs often hurt after I ran in them. So I got these, and have been using them for all sorts of activities including running. I don't know if they are the best shoes for running, as (I do not think) they are running shoes, but they work well. After a year's worth of general use, these shoes feel great.
